From the President – January 2022

Happy New Year SCVBR Members! I am so excited and proud to serve as President of the South Central Vermont Board of Realtors®. I would like to thank Steve Stettler for stepping up and serving as President in 2021 on such short notice.

Congratulations to Jenifer Hoffman who just finished a remarkable leadership cycle, while earning SCVBR and VAR Realtor® of the Year in 2021. With our history of extraordinary leadership, I have some large shoes to fill. I look forward to working with our Board of Directors for a fun and successful year.

Welcome to President-Elect, TG Glazer who will bring a wealth of experience to the position. Here are a few of his accolades

Trustee of the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors®
President of the Cranford Area Chamber of Commerce.

TG has also earned the e-Pro (Internet Marketing Specialist) and ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations. We are so lucky to have him serve and I expect great things from him!

Due to the geographic broadness of our Board, we cover multiple markets with each facing their own unique challenges. Also, in the past two years our Realtor® membership has expanded by 50 percent. It is my goal to create informative meetings, educational opportunities, and volunteer activities relevant to these evolving markets for new agents, seasoned agents, and new to our area agents.
