VAR Forms Education Committee, Extends Zoom into Real Estate

VAR has formed an education committee co-chaired by Robbi Handy Holmes and Meg McGovern. The first meeting was held on Wednesday, May 12 and includes Realtors from various statewide local boards.  The purpose of the committee is to ensure that Realtors statewide can receive quality continuing education with relevant content and professional instructors. 

VAR’s monthly Zoom into Real Estate is so popular that it will be offered well into 2022. It’s offered on the 3rd Thursday of every month from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm.  There is an update of VAR news and a class to follow – the class is free and counts as 1 hour of CE.

As more members are vaccinated and the number of people allow to gather at events increases, SCVBR will offer in person classes this fall.
