Antonio V. Koehler
Hoisington Realty, Bennington

802-430-5460

Antonio Koehler recently settled in the Bennington area in early 2019 to start a new chapter in his life. Born and raised in Upstate New York being the youngest of 6 children, Antonio graduated from Gloversville High School in 2010 and soon after enlisted in the United States Army as a Bradley Mechanic. After three years Antonio reclassified to a Senior Information Technology Specialist. During this time, he was able to tour Japan and train with the JSDF or Japan Self-Defense Forces. Antonio was honorably discharged from the military after 8½ years of active-duty service and he is currently attending American Military University with over 90 credit hours towards his Masters in Business Administration. When Antonio is not in the office you can find him riding his motorcycle, playing his drum set, or spending time with his family. While fairly new to the Bennington area, Antonio believes he has found a permanent place he can call home.

Deborah Hanst
Cummings & Co., Windham

802-855-1972

Vermont has been Deb’s home for the past 25 years, where she fully enjoys every aspect of the Vermont lifestyle. She believes that Vermont provides an amazing quality of life, whether it’s raising a family, running a business, or just visiting to play in the natural beauty of the area.

Deb previously owned a successful retail business in Manchester, Vermont for 15 years after working in both education and corporate careers in New Jersey. A graduate of The College of New Jersey, she always wanted to return to Vermont where she spent many happy times at her family’s vacation home in West Dover. Skiing, swimming, hiking, biking, and just about every activity Vermont has to offer are her favorites.

She spent 5 years working in the short-term rental market in the Stratton and Bromley area, so if you’re looking for a property to earn rental income, she can provide you with an accurate assessment of future rentals, as well as assisting you with outfitting a home or condo for successful short-term rentals.

Her deep knowledge of Southern Vermont’s many small towns and its major resorts, residential areas, and activities, both educational and cultural, can guide you to finding just what you’re looking for in a Vermont property.
